The 'Bear Mountain Trail' terminates at this peak, and many locals think this is Bear Mountain. Some maps say Bear is the peak to the North, another says it is to the South, but no maps call this peak Bear Mountain even though people think this is it. I am not sure what this peak should be called though, if not just 'Peak 6470'.
