This is the off-trail knob referred to as High Knob by the Navajo Knobs entry on SummitPost and a few other trip reports. Note that what the Peakbagger database calls Navajo Knobs is referred to by SummitPost and those reports as Trail Knob since the marked trail leads to it. Key col is to the northwest in a riverbed intersection in the Chimney Rock Canyon. The key col rises further northwest to an unnamed 7121 foot summit on what the USGS topo refers to as Meeks Mesa.
