The highest point between I-29, I-35, I-80 & I-90 is about 2 miles west of Okabena Lake (hence the name) at Worthington, MN, & south of the KWOA Radio Tower (less than 1 mile south of I-90).

A muddy spot remains on the dirt road even on a clear day. I parked at the far right and walked the lesser road that turns left. The high point is between the two left turbines, but the road stops when it reaches one. (2019-07-03). Photo by Ron Tagliapietra.
