Glacial Kames that were never mined for their gravel are few and far between in this part of the country but here, some have been preserved in this large county park with much information kiosks and trails to hike. The trail system takes you over what the park refers to as "Glacial Camelback Kame" a series of 4 or more steep gravel hills left over from the retreat of the glaciers some 10 to 14,000 years ago.

Next NHN is SW at over 900 feet but the connection saddles appear to dip down to 775
