Peak 1500+ is the highpoint of the La Sierra Hills. The area takes its name from the original Mexican land grant issued in 1846 known as Rancho La Sierra de Sepulveda. Peak 1500+ is refered to as Devils Peak in the documentary The Hills of Riverside, CA and also known as the Norco Hills.
