This is one of the three closed dune contours in the state park that is above elevation 15. Any one of them could be a candidate elevation to be the highest point in the park but the likely spot is along the ridge to the south which has far more area and width. This location is given to represent the three the closed dunes in the north part of the park since the access road travels over the other two to get to this point and you thus, "visit" all by reaching this location unless you come by sea.
