USGS Topo on a 20 meter grid shows a contour above 20 meters. It appears that the high ground exceeds this so best guess is that it is about 70 feet above sea level. Looking down from the cliffs along the SE shore, it appears in that 60 to 80 foot drop range so using 70 feet for the island highpoint.
