This Peak is located right at the bend of the USA/CA Boundary Line, identified with the "USA/CA BM #414.4". The yellow "Witness Post Survey Marker" is on the USA side of the Swath. The Brown BM could not be found.
The actual high ground is on the USA side of the Line.
