Next highest nearest neighbor is Frosty Gap Peak in the yew mountains with no established elevation but listed as 4,500 + which comprises the larger range called the Yew Mountains. Along the South Fork Cranberry River is a small mountain range called "Kennison Mountains" extending from the Cranberry River southeast to SR 55/39. There are several peaks but the tallest (highpoint) is the southernmost and the USGS gives the HP at 4,445. Just 5 feet too low to make the 4,500 threshold list but a nice trail up it.

The saddle between the NNN (Frosty Gap Peak) and Kennison is about 4,300 near the service road gate.
