A noticeable peak off the Smith-Dorien road in the Kananaskis area of the CDN Rockies. Engadine is overshadowed by the nearby giants like Mt. Sir Douglas and Mt. Galatea but is an attractive mountain in its own right. Lots of climbers and scramblers aim for the airy, exposed and yet predictable ridge route on the West side of the peak. Some snow may linger on the summit portios well into the summer but there's no permanent ice. A difficult scramble - or a roped, technical climb via the much more rugged NW ridge.
