DescriptionThis spot is east of Florence, just east of E Florence Church and across US 501 from the Florence City-County Airport. The 48 m contour ( = 157.5 ft) is consistent with the 159' spot elevation on cohp.org. Part of the hill was graded, but this high part is not under the railroad. If it is not natural, a 45.1 m spot elevation is near the McLeod Regional Med Center about a half-mile west. One of these is the highest point east of I-95 and between I-26 & I-73. |
