DescriptionThis is a short scramble just off of the climbers path to Glacier Peak. It provides the best, early, full-mountain view of Glacier, along with Baker and Rainier in clear weather. The name is appropriate because most of the hill is covered with marmot holes, and numerous marmots can be seen lounging on rocks and munching on plants. |
