Many maps (but not all) label the summit of Amber as being the rounded mound to the SE, and some label this more distinct chunk of rock as the summit. I measured this point as being equally as high (with my admittedly low-precision watch GPS), plus it's a much more interesting and distinct piece of rock - others seem to think so as well because it was topped with a meter-high cairn at the time I visited - with no cairn on the other summit.
