List DescriptionThe list of six 10,000 foot peaks in Glacier National Park is one of the shortest peakbagging lists with wide currency, but what it lacks in numbers it makes up for in challenge. All of these summits are major, difficult, challenging peaks by Rocky Mountain standards. Hazards you can encounter on expedtions to major Glacier Park summits include dense brush, difficult routefinding, loose rock, steep snowfields, wide stream crossings, and, of course, grizzly bears.
