I'm a Seattle based hiker with an interest in lists. Not really pursuing any single objective but generally I'm chasing after 2000 ft prominence peaks, occasional COHPs, County Prominence Points, Fire Lookouts, and anything that is fun and scenic.

TR Disclaimer: Trip reports are accurate to the best of my knowledge and I've put a lot of time into trying to contribute to the collective wealth of information on peakbagger over the past 15 years. If you spot an error please let me know and I will edit accordingly. Some reports are getting to be over twenty years old, so it's worth remembering that all trip reports are based on my experience at the time and my subjective judgement. In many cases property ownership, signage, road conditions, and trail/route conditions have changed dramatically. This is particularly true for lowland forested peaks where land swaps are common, gate locations are transient, and logging companies now charge steep fees in most cases for access that was formerly free. Many trips were also exploratory and conducted without beta or GPS tracks or the depth of info now available online. We did our best, but there may be a better way. Vehicles for most trips since 2006 involve a pair of Toyota 4Runners and I have a higher tolerance for bad roads than many folks. |
