Ascent of Jerimoth Hill on 2018-04-14
|Date:||Saturday, April 14, 2018|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Location:||USA-Rhode Island|
| Elevation:||812 ft / 247 m|
Ascent Trip ReportVisited after a hike to Wachusett Mountain. I found the access was not easy to see from the road. We drove past the parking area, thinking it was private property, and turned around. There is a dirt pull-off on the north (left coming from CT) side of the road that is unmarked at the very top of the first hill past the reservoir. On the opposite side of the road, the short trail begins at a marker with the Highpointers Clubs logo. It is easy to follow for just under 0.2 miles to a clearing at the summit. There is a register at the uplifted rock, along with some dilapidated chairs. There is also some sort of shed across the clearing.
