Ascent Trip ReportFrom summit of Seneca Mtn., followed ridges over several false summits and a deep notch to the East Peak. Mostly easy going except for that deep notch and one dense thicket.
"A thicket? A thicket's no trick. Is it thick?" "It's the thickest." "The quickest is pick it apart with a stick." - Sondheim
On the summit, a sign and a register. No view. Retraced my steps to the northeast ridge of Seneca. Continue in my separate report for North Seneca. |
