Ascent Trip Report

March 24,2018
The morning after a 48 hour atmospheric river deluge of over two inches of rain, I took off up the Vetter Mountain Road towards the old fire lookout. It was 44 degrees with a lite SE wind, 3-5 mph and hazy partly cloudy skies. The walk up was brisk and quick, about an hour, 1.9 miles. On top it was breezy, mostly cloudy, 40 degrees. Clocked a 15.3 mph gust out of the south, ate lunch then headed back down to Charlton Flats picnic area.
