Ascent Trip ReportHigh clearance vehicles are recommended to reach this trailhead, located just south of the Red Top Mine on the east side of the range.
A well-defined and rather scenic trail, undoubtedly used primarily by rock climbers, winds through large boulders before ending just a few hundred feet below the peak. A fun little scramble at the top is required to reach the true summit. A hidden gem just a few miles from Apple Valley.
