Ascent Trip Report

attached is the driving track from pavement to the base of 21N68Y. driving time is about 30 minutes each way. we followed david sanger's directions. the roads were covered in an inch or two of crunchy snow, and there was very light snow falling. we had three 4wd vehicles: a land rover, a mercedes, and a subaru. there were no issues with the wash-out that has previously been reported: the replacement bridge is in place.

we decided to hike up 21N68Y rather than try driving it, and the snow was quite enjoyable.

as we returned to our vehicles powen ru showed up in a 2wd with chains on the front tires! ok, that puts us to shame.
