Ascent Trip Report

Started at Rt 20. Trail head parking across the street from the Hancock Shaker village. We started at 9am and Village was not open. You are supposed to go over and get a sticker to hike the trail. We also climb Holy mountain or Doll mtn south peak. There are many stops along way with a historic We started out not using snow shoes. But decided to put them on as we started to ascend. The snow was deeper and there ice under snow in many places. Overall a nice hike even though not a view points.
