Ascent Trip Report

With Karen, Michelle, Mark, Sue and Marley. Beautiful day left about 8:15. Karen, Michelle, Marley and I followed behind a Mountaineers Scramble being led by Sue. We took the old route up the ridge after putting on micro-spikes at the falls. Snow was fine until we broke out of the trees a few hundred feet from the top. Managed it without snow shoes only because others had packed down the snow ahead of us. View from the top was incredible. The round trip took us 7 hours although the Mountaineers group did it much faster.
