Ascent of Stowe Pinnacle on 2017-11-05

| Elevation:||2651 ft / 808 m|
Ascent Trip ReportPretty good hike, although I'd highly recommend taking the Stowe Pinnacle Trail all the way up as opposed to taking the Pinnacle Meadows Trail to the Stowe Pinnacle Trail. Pinnacle Meadows feels like a woods road, so it's pretty easy, but not particularly interesting. Views from the top were very nice, but the wind was dangerously fast, to the point where I could feel myself being pushed around by it, which isn't what you want when you're on top of a mountain. Whole hike was 3.4 miles with 1439 feet of elevation gain. Pace was a solid 1.6 mph.
