Ascent Trip ReportFollowed Connor McEntee's trip report advice and were able to drive to the ridge. We were in an 1989 Suburban 4x4.
Some brush was hitting the truck on the upper section, but not too bad. Be mindful of sawed off trees in the bushes. We almost hit one because they are hard to see in the brush. They would not be good for the paint if you hit one.
Jake Robinson's TR is spot on. We hiked a little further past the summit for a better view of Leavenworth and some photos.
Spectacular little, quick hike. Round-trip was 1.8 miles and a very leisurely 50 mins. We had our 1 year old in the baby backpack.
