Ascent Trip ReportThis was a tripeak trip, Brown Mtn, Mt Muir, and Mt Lowe. Started at the Eaton Saddle Trailhead. The trail out to Brown Mtn is a bit up and mostly down, but easy to follow. We swung south of Lowe and bagged Mt Muir. Nice easy stroll, mostly flat road. On the way back we climbed the Mt Lowe East trail (labeled West of FS maps), an excellent trail except for the very lower section which climbs a bit steeply up the ridge. I think we may have missed the first switchback that would have made this a bit easier. Overall, all the trails were in good shape and made for a nice day on the mountain. It was a Monday and I think we saw 4 or 5 other people the whole day.
