Ascent Trip Report

A hard vertical climb offers beautiful views of the Hudson. The cliffs were incredible and the scenery made for epic panoramic shots. The middle of the trail was fairly easy with short vertical treks scattered between. The last push led to the climbing of the fire tower stationed at the top. That made for “on top of the world” views and great photos. The way down was quick and the ridge at the start of the trail was the toughest but most rewarding to descent.
