Ascent Trip Reporti drove in from the south. the road was in good condition, but some clearance is necessary. there was rain the night before and there were a few muddy sections, not difficult, but something to worry about if it's really wet.
on ascent i followed an old road a bit, but it didn't help much. i pushed through a few trees, but not enough to call it a bushwhack. it was generally easy to find a non-bushy way uphill. the climb was fairly steep in places. i liked my descent path a little more than my ascent path (it's the southern leg of the track), i was able to stay out of the bushes nearly the whole way down... but neither presented much difficulty.
