Ascent Trip ReportAscended via the next valley east of Ken Jones GPS track while descnding the ridge he took. High Clearance 4x4 required for this lightly used road that ends a bit below his startingpoint. However the corkscrewing route I took around to the east was full of Whitebark pines and open, but not rocky talussy terrain as the NW side is and I would recommend it more than that route, though a loop can easily be made. No register on top, just an old helio station. Fantastic views of Bell, Diamand and the Lost River Range. A great easy day after the NW ridge of Brietenbach the day before. Love the warm springs as well.
