Ascent Trip ReportDale and I got together again for another peak out of Lovelock. Took his Jeep to a saddle about a mile & a half away, then hiked cross country through brush and rock around one closer peak to get there. The steepness of the sidehills and having to drop into a lower saddle & then climb a pretty steep slope made it a pretty good workout even though the overall climb was only about 400 ft. |
