Ascent Trip Report

Finally bagged Martinez. Beautful night out camping near the trailhead with perfect weather and moonless sky. Left campsite at 6:50 am and on summit at 11:15 am. Followed south ridge up and descended down the "gully". Found a large shard of pottery as I cross countried through Pinyon Flats. Hot and Buggy. Good to get out again.
