|Date:||Saturday, April 15, 2017|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||12552 ft / 3825 m|
Ascent Trip ReportFrom Sherwin Creek Road, two friends and I skinned up Laurel Lakes Road and up Bloody Couloir. I skinned up the first quarter of the couloir and then transitioned to crampons and booted up to the summit. It took 10 minutes to ski down the couloir and another 38 minutes to ski down the low angle terrain to the snow line. We walked about 10-15 minutes back to the cars.
