| Elevation:||9355 ft / 2851 m|
Ascent Trip ReportI parked at the intersection of US-191 and FR 184. The forest road had multiple downed trees and snow banks and was impassable. Late May or June would probably be a better time to climb this peak as one could drive to the trailhead if the downed trees are cleaned up. Although the temperature never got higher than the low 60's, which made for a much nicer hike. The summit area, which is base of the fire watch, is almost completely overgrown with sticker loaded saplings. The lower tier of steps to the fire watch have been removed as the fire watch is quite dilapidated.
