Ascent Trip Report

Drove up a tight winding road to near the start of the trail. Wife stayed in the car, parked on the shoulder of a driveway/outside barn. Sarah sleep and feeding Christine. No place to park. Up the paved small road a few yards and then a trail shoots up into the woods. Immediately it opens up into a beautiful bamboo forest and then soon starts up at a decent elevation gain. Trail was wet, muddy and slippery, post rain, but we eventually hit a cross roads, took a detour up a small bump, and then finished up the trail to the summit. No views, but a nice clearing at the top.
