Ascent Trip ReportTurtleback is an enjoyable walk on a smooth and mossy road, with occasional lookouts toward the west and Vancouver Island. As one nears the summit, the road becomes a single-track trail and at the crest of 'Raven Ridge' a faint use trail breaks off toward the largest 1500' contour. The path ends at a small erratic boulder that could mark the summit, but we continued through a saddle to the 1519' area, which we agreed was certainly taller. The mosses here are beautiful and delicate; watch your footing as you tread around these fragile plants.
