Ascent Trip ReportDid Mount Yale, Hastings Peak, and Jones Peak a unique way. We started from Mt Wilson and hiked DOWN to them. Then of course you have to hike back up when done but it turns out to be about 8 miles total. Started down the ridge after quietly going through Mt Harvard to reach Yale. There is a faint use trail down the ridge as it has been used to bury an Edison cable. Lots of Yucca but no too bad to navigate. Once down to the road you drop down to the much more worn trail along the fire break to Hastings and on down to Jones. Busy day on the more used trails as it was a warm March day.
