Ascent Trip ReportIts very difficult to gain access to this peak without crossing posted land. It sits in a large wooded area between Jones Brook Road and Bartlett Hill Road (in Berlin) and there are rural homes and lots on both of these roads. On two previous efforts I was thwarted by No Trespassing signs. On this successful expedition I parked on Jones Brook Road and walked south until I came to a decent access point to the woods that was not posted. I entered here and traveled cross country to the high point which is a broad ledgy area with obstructed views . From the high point it is close to Hill Road , a "thrown up" Town Road. I descended via Hill Road to discover some tremendous views of the Worcester Range and points north . I continued with a loop of HIll Road to Bartlet Hill Road to Junction Road and back to JOnes Brook Road and my car. Altogether a 8 mile loop with the reward of a local peak .
