Ascent Trip ReportMy 5th FOT48 I've parcipitated in we choose Mt Liberty where it all began.Brian , Doug & I camped out the nite before at Liberty Spring tent site.
Sunday morn we woke to lots of rain & some thunder ..We ate breakfast & met up on the trail with Dale & Jude
When we got to top there was no views & rest of our group wasn't there . I had brought a flag that has flown the last 2 FOT48 .We unfolded it & help it up to commerate all the victims of 9-11 All of a sudden the clouds cleared & we had some awesome views. Then we saw the Blackhawk do a fly by ...That was awesome. a little before 2 we started our hike down.
