Ascent Trip ReportStarted at Lupine Meadows trailhead on 8/24/16. Hiked up just past the Meadows and made camp in the boulders at 9500'. Alpine start the next morning, 8/25/16. Took the South Fork trail to the saddle between the Middle and South Tetons. Felt good so we went up the Middle Teton by the Southwest Coloir route. Summit by 11am. Back to camp by 2pm. Packed up and headed down, got back to trailhead by 6pm. Weather was good throughout except for a few minutes of rain and sleet as we were breaking camp. |
