Ascent Trip Report

Snow-free! (mostly, anyway) Hooray! I loved this little hike. The TRT is brilliantly graded, nice and gradual with minimal ups and downs. Route would make for an excellent trail run for those not burdened by troublesome knees. A few signed vistas at miles 1.3, 2.0, and 2.5.

Beautiful views in the second half of the hike under bluebird skies. Summit provides awesome 360° views. Just a wonderful morning all around. Didn't want it to end. So I tagged nearby Snow Valley East (seen to the east from Snow Valley Pk) and Peak 8992 (seen to the south from Snow Valley Pk) as well.
