Ascent Trip ReportMy first climb ever. I usually drive the Sierra Nevada passes for fun, and
this time I simply gave Ebbetts Peak a shot, as it is so close to the pass.
Took me 15 min to the saddle, and another 15 min to the top. Clear view.
Fast moving clouds. Very windy. The flag was flying with plenty of noise.
Unfortunately the summit log was nowhere to be found. Perhaps already
taken down for the end of the season? I searched all the rocks. Nothing.
Oh well. All I got is pics and video. Yay. |
