Ascent Trip Report

Between a way-too-late start, and hotter than expected temperatures, we had to turn around before we could reach the summit. Given how difficult it was to follow the trail in daylight, we should have turned around sooner as we ended up trying to find part of it in the dark, and that was a nightmare.

Please be aware that there is a husky dog that appears to join any party heading up, and it cannot be encouraged to turn back, so please bring some extra food and water for it.
