Ascent Trip Report

Hiked up from Crawford Depot. Temp was 24 degrees when we started. Made good time up Crawford Path, encountering only two other hikers before Pierce. it was a little windy near Pierce and on ridge, but not bad enough for Goggles and balaclavas. Saw two more hikers coming down Eisenhower. Visibility was a few hundred feet on top, and wind was a sustained 30mph at least. took a few pictures and left after a couple minutes. Fifteen minutes after leaving the summit, the clouds started to clear and we could see the hotel and over toward Montalban ridge. Saw 5 more hikers on their way up Eisenhower.
