Ascent Trip Report

KC and I planned to do the Emmas and Cole, but after 1/2 mile we got to the top of a ridge and the wind was so strong it almost blew us over and we decided to turn back and save those for another day.

Instead we did San Gabriel, Disappointment, and Deception, then drove up to Eaton Saddle and did Markham, going up a rock avalanche chute on the north end and descending on the south. Not much wind and even a few bugs on the south side of the San Gabriels.
