Ascent Trip ReportBald Knob and Mt Crosby – Cockermouth forest (parking area just north of house #456 North Groton Road). 1.9 miles to Bald knob in 26:13, then drop 80’ before 300’ climb to Mt Crosby. Added on a side trip to Little Pond for a grand total of 5.6 miles with 1500’ climb/drop.
From Parking lot up Romlye-Remick Rd to Old North Groton road to Bald Knob trail, Crosby Mountain trail, to Beeline trail, to high pasture loop, to Remick Place the n out back on John Woodhouse trail and Little pond trail, then down Romley-Remick.
