Ascent Trip ReportPart of the Catoctin 50k, which actually starts at High Knob and then proceeds down the mountain. The end is the run up to the summit from down below on the Blue Trail. Not crazy, but after 30+ miles it hurts a bit. Total time was 7:46 for the whole run. |
