Ascent Trip ReportWeather was 40 MPH winds with gust up to 60 MPH. It was snowing. When we reached the summit the weather turned worse and went to white-out condition. For the ascent we started at Pinkham Notch and went up Tuckerman Ravine trail. From there we went to Lions Head trail. From Lions Head to the Alpine Garden trail. Due to white-out condition, iced up goggles and not being able to find the cairns we hiked down the auto road. |
