Ascent Trip Report

We took the DC route from Muir to the summit. We left Muir at about 10:30pm and summitted at about 6am - a little longer than expected due to several team members turning back and several other team members bivvying at elevation. The route was in good shape - generally a very obvious boot path and well-wanded the entire way. The interesting parts for us were:
-a short ladder before the cleaver crossing a crevasse
-crossing under seracs while traversing back across the Ingraham at the top of the cleaver, followed by sidehilling using a fixed line for a hand line (the guides who put in the fixed line ask people not to clip in, as that causes bottlenecks). The sidehill section included another, longer, ladder across a crevasse.
-working our way past Camp Comfort (at the tip of Gibraltar Rock at the end of the Ingraham traverse), there was a fairly sketchy jumbled crevasse crossing. It was wanded, but I initially didn't believe the wands because it looked so sketchy.
-after a long traverse left, one final ladder crossing over the bergshrund so that we could cut back right
