Ascent Trip Report

Wife said she wanted to attend evening Mass and relax during day. Gave daughter and I 4 hours to bag peaks, so off we went to mount turner. As we passed mount walker and headed for the Brannon flats we saw a bunch of police vehicles and a car flipped completely upside down.

We continued up the mountain road until the intersection that does a semi circle around the mountain. We drove just beyond, though stopping a few hundred yards due to the road being non accessible. We reversed it to and parked at the junction and started bush whacking as I had not done any research into a possible trail. The going was rough but we hit the summit, which wasn't much to speak of. Piled up some rocks for the next crazy person willing to bag this one.
