Ascent Trip Report

Easy hike, nice place for Victoriavillien(ne)s to enjoy an afternoon. Much better than Sherbrooke's Bellevue, although smaller and less challenging. The trails are extremely well-maintained & have excellent drainage, although they are short. As we started our descent via Sentier des Trotteurs, part of which is on a boring stretch of highway, the weather started to turn sour, so we decided to turn back and skip neighboring peak Mont Saint-Michel. Along the way, I smelled some onions, and sure enough, found my first ramps around 46.044043, -71.895297! Maybe I'll collect some when I can come to trust my plant ID skills (remember to always leave the bulb in the soil!).
