Ascent Trip ReportFrom our park point at the end of Peach Street we walked up a paved road toward a water tank. A few feet before reaching a fence surrounding the tank we picked up a faint trail heading south (left) and followed the route until it merged with a fairly level dirt road that runs parallel to the base of the mountain. We followed the road until we passed a small grove of trees at the bottom of a canyon and then headed up the southeast side of the hill, reaching a ridge due south of the summit. A short but progressively steeper walk up the ridge brought us to the summit area.
